To maintain the highest standards, every listing submitted to our platform undergoes a rigorous internal verification process by our team prior to public approval. We are committed to presenting only credible, verified asset information.
03Your Due Diligence Obligation
Whilst we verify submitted data, you remain solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence regarding any parties you choose to engage with via our platform. Socinga Africa does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of user-submitted content.
04Content Moderation
We reserve the unequivocal right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates our policies without prior warning. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of platform access.
05Financial & Legal Transactions
No financial transfers or legally binding agreements are permitted between any users of this platform without the direct oversight and formal approval of our internal legal and financial departments. All transactions must be conducted through authorised channels.
06Intellectual Property
