The Foundation's impact metrics — reported in the annual sustainability report at socinga.africa/foundation/sustainability-report — span multiple dimensions. Output metrics count what has been delivered: hubs deployed, learners trained, bursaries awarded, and connectivity hours provided. Outcome metrics assess what has changed: employment rates amongst programme graduates, income levels in connected communities, and educational attainment in digital literacy programme areas.
Data collection is integrated into programme delivery. Digital hubs capture usage data automatically — session counts, data volumes, and peak usage times.
