Job Description

A senior metallurgist is required to manage our CIP gold processing plant in Shamva. You will optimise gold recovery rates, manage reagent consumption, oversee carbon management, and ensure consistent plant throughput. The role demands a thorough understanding of CIP/CIL circuits, VAT leaching, and elution processes. You will report directly to the operations manager.

Requirements

• ▸BEng Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• ▸5+ years CIP/CIL plant experience
• ▸Gold recovery optimisation track record
• ▸SAZ quality management understanding
