Whitemore Ngwira is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Socinga Africa Holdings, a multi-division African conglomerate headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa. With a mandate spanning insurance, creative productions, mining operations, and social impact, Sis J built Socinga Africa from the ground up as a vehicle for African economic empowerment.
Under her leadership, Socinga Africa has grown to encompass four distinct pillars: Insurance (FSP 46620), Socinga Africa Creative Studios (SACS), Socinga Africa Mining (SAM), and the Socinga Africa Foundation (SAF). Her vision is anchored in the belief that African businesses must own, operate, and scale their own infrastructure.
Sis J is a passionate advocate for digital transformation, Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining (ASM) reform, and the closing of Africa's digital divide through Project Planeteer — the Foundation's flagship off-grid connectivity initiative.
